Product Description

The Y32 Series Four-Column Universal Hydraulic Press is designed for a variety of sheet metal forming applications, including deep drawing, blanking, stamping, flanging, straightening and press-fitting.

It is widely used in automotive, household appliance and general metalworking industries for producing body panels, fuel tanks, chassis and axle components, bumpers, stainless-steel sinks, cookware and other formed sheet metal parts.

2. Basic structure

The press can be divided into three main components:

The control panel

The control panel is separated from the main structure for the convenience of operation. The panel consists of a number of push buttons. The main operation pressing is controlled by two press buttons, providing a bi-manual operation to safeguard the operator from potential harm. The working pressure and stroke range of the slider can be adjusted according to the process requirements

The press

The main structure is steel welded, with heat treatment to remove the inner stress, with high rigidity and stability. The cylinder, piston, and column are made of #45 forging steel, quenching, and plating hard chrome to increase hardness.

The hydraulic unit

The hydraulic unit is the power of the machine, it’s placed on the right side of the press and connected to it by flexible high-pressure hoses and a multi-signal electrical connection.

3. Safety operating

--“PAUSE” button and the “EMERGENCY STOP” button are installed on the control station, press the “PAUSE” button, and the machine will stop at the present situation; press the “EMERGENCY STOP” button, and the whole machine will stop work.
