The complete machine is equipped with an all-round bracket system consisting of an upper bracket and left & right side brackets, which is perfectly adapted to the cylinder processing of oil tanks, pressure vessels and other cylindrical workpieces. It stably supports plates synchronously from the upper, lower and bilateral sides throughout the processing procedure, thoroughly solving common problems such as plate sagging, deviation and deformation. The finished cylinders feature smooth and regular shaping, greatly improving the qualified rate of finished products.

The equipment is fitted with a dual-drive system for upper and lower rollers, featuring bidirectional synchronous drive and strong, stable power output. It delivers non-slip and non-stuck rolling for thick plates with superior heavy-load bearing capacity, fully meeting the high-strength and mass production rolling requirements of steel plates with different thicknesses for various tank bodies.

It adopts a customized dual-speed adjustment function with fast and slow gears. The fast-speed feeding mode is applied for rough machining to boost production efficiency, while the slow-speed fine adjustment mode is used for finish machining to achieve precise arc control. Balancing processing efficiency and machining accuracy, it satisfies diverse technological processing requirements.
