60×2000 Four-Roll Plate Bending Machine for Zoomlion Successfully Passes On-Site Acceptance

Recently, customer representatives from Zoomlion Trenching Machinery Co., Ltd. visited our company for the on-site acceptance of the 60×2000 four-roll plate bending machine production line exclusively customized for them. Our technical team provided full accompaniment, demonstrating the equipment’s outstanding performance through professional operation and rigorous inspection, successfully completing the on-site commissioning and gaining high recognition from the customer.

The delivered production line is precisely tailored to meet the manufacturing needs of structural components for Zoomlion’s earthmoving machinery, including core parts such as excavators, loaders and bulldozers. Focusing on high precision, efficiency and stability in heavy-gauge plate rolling, it enables continuous and accurate rolling forming of medium and heavy steel plates.

The core four-roll plate bending machine offers remarkable advantages: compared with traditional equipment, it completes the whole process of pre-bending, rolling and circle correcting in a single pass without repeated adjustment, greatly improving work efficiency. The roll system adopts high-strength alloy material with precision machining, ensuring wear resistance and durability, effectively avoiding rolling deviations and plate deformation, and perfectly meeting the strict precision requirements of earthmoving machinery structural parts. It is also equipped with overload protection, emergency stop and other safety functions, balancing convenient operation and production safety.

The supporting auxiliary devices work in synergy: the feeding frame conveys plates smoothly to prevent offset and scratches, reducing manual handling intensity; the upper and side brackets (with discharging function) stably support plates to prevent sagging and deformation, ensuring stable output of finished products and connecting subsequent processes. The hydraulic, lubrication and cooling systems provide all-round protection for stable operation of the production line, offering reliable support for large-scale production.

At the acceptance site, engineers demonstrated the "one-step forming" rolling process on site. The highly efficient and neatly formed circular workpieces intuitively showed the equipment’s strength.
