Longxu Heavy Industry's Self-developed Automatic Plate Rolling Production Line Officially Delivered to Hisense Hitachi

Recently, the fully automatic plate rolling production line independently developed by Jiangsu Longxu Heavy Industry was officially delivered to Hisense Hitachi Air Conditioning Group. This piece of equipment, featuring intelligence, integration and high precision, not only realizes the full-process automation of workpiece processing for air conditioning containers, but also marks that China's local heavy industry enterprises have gained further recognition for their technical strength in the field of high-end customized production lines.

The delivered automatic plate rolling production line is a core piece of equipment tailor-made by Longxu Heavy Industry to meet the stringent production standards of Hisense Hitachi. Innovatively integrating three core functions – automatic loading, intelligent feeding and automatic rolling – the production line completes the entire process from metal raw material conveying to the forming of cylindrical and arc-shaped workpieces with minimal manual intervention. The intelligent feeding system precisely controls the conveying position of plates, while the automatic rolling module ensures forming accuracy by virtue of high-precision hydraulic control technology. The connection error of each process is controlled within the millimeter range, perfectly meeting the high-quality requirements of the air conditioning industry for container-type workpieces.

"This production line has completely addressed the pain points of traditional plate rolling processing, such as multiple procedures, high labor input and low efficiency," introduced the project leader of Longxu Heavy Industry. Compared with the traditional production mode, the fully automatic production line has improved the overall processing efficiency by more than 30%. Meanwhile, by reducing manual intervention, the product qualification rate has been stably maintained above 99.5%, providing a reliable guarantee for the mass production of core components of Hisense Hitachi air conditioners.
